Angry Birds partners with Rocketship Entertainment

Rocketship Entertainment and Rovio Entertainment have agreed to work together to launch new Angry Birds comics and graphic novels for young readers later this year. The collaboration is brokered by IMG, the licensing agency for Angry Birds, and is part of the celebration of the 15th anniversary of the popular series.

High profile cooperation

The comic series is written by three-time Eisner Award winner and New York Times bestselling author Paul Tobin and illustrated by renowned artist Thom Zahler. The comic book series for young readers will be written by bestselling author Katie Cook.

The first of the three planned graphic novels, The Haunting of Hog House, will be published in spring 2025.
