Embracer Group splits into three companies
Following the failure of a billion-euro deal, the struggling games company Embracer Group wants to split up and is also taking out a loan of 900 million euros. According to CEO Lars Wingefors, the Swedish Embracer Group will split into three listed companies in order to focus more strongly on the individual markets.
The Group will be split into three units: Asmodee Group, Coffee Stain & Friends and Middle-Earth Enterprises.
