High-calibre companies extend fixed stands at the Spielwarenmesse
This year, the Spielwarenmesse has sent out an important signal for securing the future of its proven location in Nuremberg: The contracts of the well-known permanent tenants in Hall 12.2 of the Exhibition Centre were extended by three years. At the same time, the area around the so-called "fixed stands" on the upper floor of NCC West was modernised so that it will shine in new splendour for the upcoming event from 30 January to 3 February.
13.700 square metres of exhibition space
"Hall 12.2 has been synonymous with a very special trade fair experience for over 20 years. By renewing their contracts, the prominent exhibitors on the permanent stands are showing their confidence in the Spielwarenmesse for the coming years," says a delighted Christian Ulrich, Spokesman of the Board of Spielwarenmesse eG. Two thirds of them have been there right from the start. At present, 21 national and international companies occupy the 13,700 square metres of exhibition space.
Future-proof modernisation
The exhibitors in Hall 12.2 will be presenting their highlights in a new design for the upcoming Spielwarenmesse: the modernisation by brand staging specialists mac. brand spaces has opened up the view of the stand areas by dismantling the steel structures in the arcades, creating a friendlier and brighter ambience. The rooms are used by toy companies all year round - for example as a showroom or event location - but especially during the Spielwarenmesse.
Major brands from all product areas
"Spielwarenmesse 2024 will surpass the last event in terms of its dimensions - major brands will be represented in all product areas. The contract extensions, the modernisation and the very good capacity utilisation in the individual halls impressively confirm its position as the world's leading trade fair," sums up Christian Ulrich.
