Merger of Kennedy and Signature Publishing

On January 3, the successful merger of Kennedy Publishing and Signature Publishing was announced. Both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Claverley Group Limited. The merger was already effective as of January 01, 2024. 

The merger will see Kennedy's portfolio of bestselling magazines for pre-school, primary and pre-teen children grow to 63 titles in the UK and Ireland, as well as globally in Australia, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
