Smiffys acquired by Ad Populum

As part of a definitive agreement, Ad Populum has acquired Smiffys. Ad Populum's founder and CEO, Joel Weinshanker, will lead Smiffys' global business.

Utilizing infrastructure

Ad Populum will utilize its infrastructure and capabilities to work with Smiffys' existing management team. The company aims to expand Smiffys' position as a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of costumes and accessories worldwide.
