Participation with stand space
From Tuesday, January 27 to Saturday, January 31, 2026, the Spielwarenmesse is the meeting place for the entire world of toys to establish new trade relations and strengthen existing contacts.
As an exhibitor, you can open up new markets, cultivate contacts with existing business partners and interesting new customers, and present your products to an international trade audience.
Registration fee
The registration fee is 400 € and is deducted in full from the exhibiting fee on approval. In case of non-admission, the registration fee will be refunded.
Participation with stand space
As an exhibitor, you have the option of building your own individual booth. To do this, you can select your desired stand shape and size and either plan your stand yourself or book a Spielwarenmesse stand package with specified features. Additional costs are incurred for the media package, the waste disposal flat rate and the AUMA fee.
Stand area
Book your desired stand area without stand construction and equipment per m2 of floor space. The stand construction can be booked optionally at a later date.
AUMA fee
As a trade fair organizer, we are obliged to collect the AUMA fee of € 0.60 / m² from exhibitors. This amount is paid directly to the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).
Waste disposal fee
Exhibitors are responsible for the waste generated during assembly and dismantling. This is compensated by the waste disposal fee. This amounts to € 5.95 net per m² of stand space. For stand areas larger than 300 m², the waste disposal fee is € 5.95 net per m² for the first 300 m² and € 3.60 net per m² for all additional square meters.
Media Package
The Media Package of € 750 is mandatory for all Spielwarenmesse exhibitors and offers you the opportunity to increase your visibility and present yourself apart from your booth.
Participation packages
Our complete packages offer you as an exhibitor an all-round carefree package that includes the entire trade fair construction including stand space, equipment, media package and AUMA fee. Please note, however, that these packages can only be booked by certain exhibitors and that fixed sizes are specified. Regardless of this, a registration fee applies for all exhibitors.
